Our mission is to educate people about the signs of distress, promote mental well-being, and offer assistance to individuals struggling with suicidal thoughts.

She is NLP Practitioner and Corporate Counsellor, a Certified Wellness Consultant, and a Strategy Consultant. She is 3 times TEDx Speaker and Josh Talk Speaker. She has 16 years of successful corporate career behind her, and has traveled and inspired people in many countries with a 6.5 year experience in coaching, counselling and corporate training.
